We at OXO are a combination of two Singapore family offices, driven by a passionate desire to lend, take equity in and acquire medium, large and institutional size businesses.

OXO was conceived of by two friends over a delicious and hearty meal on the coldest of London evenings. A frustration with unnecessary red tape and private sector bureaucracy was and is the driving force for OXO’s creation.

From the acorn that was this discussion, OXO has been built into a thriving family office lending and investment house. We invest the private funds of our two family offices and are sector and jurisdiction agnostic. Our principals have in excess of 40 years of experience in private lending and investment in numerous jurisdictions.
